Finally, the deal will be done.

Well, Wednesday at 2 pm, I will become the owner of a house. We will close at that time, then Thursday we have new carpet being laid down, while we move from the rent house to our killer new home. This is going to rock.

But we have a ton of shit to get done both at work and at home before then. Still gonna fuckin rock though.

COWS Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that our government can track a cow born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of Washington and they tracked her calves to their stalls? But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country. Maybe we should give them all a cow.

THE CONSTITUTION They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it's worked for over 200 years and we're not using it anymore.

TEN COMMANDMENTS The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments in a courthouse........You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery" and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians -- it creates a hostile work environment

So, a bunch of packing to do this weekend. Maybe a little fridge or mower purchasing. Then closing next Wednesday, then moving through Friday, then chilling with my family for the 4th.

House hunting continuing. They countered on our offer, and the offer they wants is not a good deal, so it maybe back to driving around again. Which also sucks balls.

So, mucho goings on.

So, the gigs with Scott were a blast. Its so awesome to have a lady that enjoys those trips. Gigs are alot cooler when my wife is there. I dig. Anyway, house hunting is still going on. We have to be out of our house at the end of the month b/c the lease is up. So hopefully we are going to be able to put an offer on a house today. God moving sucks balls, but at least we will be moving into a house that is ours. We found one that we really liked and just felt at home in. It's pretty cool. I have a ton of freelance work that I am doing and need to get done, but instead we are going to a Wakarusa in Kansas. It is almost a little weird that we are taking time off to go to this when we have so much stuff going on in our lives, but hey. . . it was planned, tickets were bought. So . . there you have it. Its a little crazy though. I almost want to sell my tix so that we could maybe do something a little cheaper, cause I know there will be some money spent at that thing! Caroline has started her new job. I am one designer short here at work, so things are quite busy here too.

So, in closing. . . Love playing gigs, want to do more. Need a laptop so I could do freelance while I am traveling. Need to get freelance done. Need to get a house. Need to move. Need to have some ginger watchers. Need to play, need to work, need to move.
